This Banana Liqueur starts as our clear rum made from Panela, a small farm organic dehydrated sugar cane. We make a rich demerara fresh banana infused simple syrup to give real flavor and freshness. Not too sweet and high enough proof to hold up on it's own, or be used an our Hawaiian Old-Fashioned or many classic tiki cocktails. Since it is not artificially flavored and real flavor, it may take a little more than those classic cocktails recipes, so play and enjoy the journey. Cheers!
