The natural sweetness that comes from the base Edmonds Own Whiskey and the Rum that aged in this barrel make for a full mid-palate mouthful, but still a nice lingering finish. This Edmonds Own Whiskey has spent at least 3.5 years in barrel, then transferred to an Edmonds Own barrel that we aged our Amber Rum in for another 1.5 years. Same 83 proof as Edmonds Own. Make an Old Fashioned, or simply sip and enjoy!
