We are Scratch Distillery. We handcraft delicious spirits from scratch, using non-GMO, organic ingredients from Washington. Our gin, vodka, and whiskey are made by hand, with care and love.
Our WAquavit was distilled from Washington soft white winter wheat, rested in neutral American oak barrels for six+ months, and infused with caraway, dill, cardamom, and orange peel.
Great out of the freezer, or in a cocktail such as the Horatio, or our own creation the Fremont Troll.
