We are Scratch Distillery. We handcraft delicious spirits from scratch, using non-GMO, organic ingredients from Washington. Our gin, vodka, and whiskey are made by hand, with care and love.
Our WAcino Black Walnut Liqueur is infused with a warm baking spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove, and sweetened with coffee-infused organic simple syrup.
Scratch Liqueurs start with our own wheat vodka made from organic, non-GMO grains locally-sourced from Fairhaven Organic Mill in Skagit Valley. We macerate the botanicals for a matter of minutes to weeks, then fortify it with a freshly made organic coffee-infused simple syrup. This spirit is rich and layered and will enliven various base spirits, but pairs especially well with whiskey in cocktails. Or simply sip on its own!
