We are Scratch Distillery. We handcraft delicious spirits from scratch, using non-GMO, organic ingredients from Washington. Our gin, vodka, and whiskey are made by hand, with care and love.
Our Underground Aquavit was distilled from potato, rested in neutral American oak barrels for ten months, and infused with caraway and dill. Great out of the freezer, in a cocktail (like our Ballard Bridge), or a bloody mary (aka Nordic Snapper).
