Smoked Single Malt Whiskey

In September of 2020 we could not purchase our typical Skagit Valley organic spelt, and millet due to supply chain issues.  Were you all learning to make bread that summer?  Kim went to visit Skagit Valley Malting and looked into their remaining inventory of unique grains.  She put together our Smoked Single Malt Whiskey made from maple wood smoked malted barley.  In house we called this COVID whiskey, but you will call it delicious!  Maple wood smoked Skagit Valley malted barley, 2 years in barrel.  So good- campfire on the nose and maple sweetness on the finish.
