The Edmonds Own Whiskey you know and love, but with another layer of sweetness and fruit from the port cask it was finished in. This Edmonds Own Whiskey has spent at least 3.5 years in barrel, then transferred to a Virtue Cellars Port Cask for another 6 months. At 88 proof the nose is big and beautiful, and the power of the proof still does not overwhelm the palate. Perfect sipper, or excellent with our Scratch Cherry Liqueur for a Manhattan spin, or Old Fashioned.
