Our Holiday Gin combines 18 warm, wintery botanicals for the holiday season and beyond. Think baking spices - spicy cinnamon, nutmeg, giner, and pink peppercorns.
Scratch Gin is crafted from our own wheat vodka made from organic, non-GMO grains locally-sourced from Fairhaven Organic Mill in Skagit Valley. The botanicals are vapor-infused in our still using a gin basket for a flavor profile with a lot of finesse.
