We are Scratch Distillery. We handcraft delicious spirits from scratch, using non-GMO, organic ingredients from Washington. Our gin, vodka, and whiskey are made by hand, with care and love.
Our G&T Gin combines 19 botanicals to give a citrus-and-floral-forward refreshing gin. Moderate juniper character, smooth, and slightly sweet, with pronounced citrus notes of grapefruit and tangerine. Great for gin cocktails or just add tonic.
Scratch Gin is crafted from our own wheat vodka made from organic, non-GMO grains locally-sourced from Fairhaven Organic Mill in Skagit Valley. The botanicals are vapor-infused in our still using a gin basket for a flavor profile with a lot of finesse.
