Our Amo Pocio Amaro Liqueur is infused with a creative blend of rowan berry, grapefruit peel, pink peppercorn, angelica root, and fresh sage, amongst a few others.
Scratch Liqueurs start with our own wheat vodka made from organic, non-GMO grains locally-sourced from Fairhaven Organic Mill in Skagit Valley. We macerate the botanicals for a matter of minutes to days, then fortify it with a freshly made organic simple syrup. Then we add just enough sugar to keep the bitter from drying out your palate. This exquisite balance makes this bitter liqueur a distinctive element in cocktails and every bit as enjoyable as an aperitif or digestif!
